RN1170

RN1170 integrates a 100mA 5V charge pump that supports compact battery powered devices with OTG function without external 5V power supply. In addition, RN1170 also supports features like Carkit, Battery Charging and ULPI input clock mode, etc. that make this USB2.0 OTG transceiver the most versatile USB transceiver in the market.
