Eligibility for Certification to IATF 16949

According to IATF 16949: 2015 Rules, 5th edition, Richnex, as a fabless company, cannot obtain IATF 16949 certification directly, as all production manufacturing is outsourced. However, Richnex's products are manufactured by sub-contractors who are IATF 16949:2016 certified.
